Job summary

Ecolab is seeking a customer-focused Technical & Service Specialist for its Textile Care Technical Services Division in Poland. You will be the first point of contact for industrial laundries, delivering service on dosing systems and water & energy equipment, handling inquiries, and resolving issues.

The role requires strong technical and customer service skills, with travel up to 80% and the ability to work remotely while coordinating with local teams across Europe.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and/or electrical education or background.

Responsibilities

• The geographic scope covers Poland.
• Role is fully remote but requires about 80% travel to customer sites.
• Serve as local engineering hotline and provide second-level support for W&E issues.
• Support maintenance for Water and Energy Equipment and dosing equipment.
• Coordinate enVision installations with Territory Managers and enVision Champions.
• Set up and install WPI independently without external support.
• Assist in improving ECOLAB equipment reliability and perform emergency visits when needed.
• Transfer knowhow for installing and starting Ecolab TCD and W&E equipment with external suppliers.
