Job summary

Intertek is seeking a Testing and Inspections Coordinator to join the Hardlines & Softlines team in Poland. You will support the order-to-cash process, prepare quotations, and maintain relationships with international laboratories and clients.

The role requires a Master’s degree and 2–3 years in international, customer-facing roles. Fluency in Polish and English, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent.
• 2–3 years in international, customer-facing roles.
• Fluent Polish and strong English (written and spoken).
• Proficient in MS Office; able to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from initial request through invoicing.
• Prepare accurate quotations for testing and product certification services.
• Collaborate with global laboratories, external consultants, and internal teams (Sales & Marketing).
• Maintain direct contact with clients, providing knowledge and guidance throughout the process.
• Monitor regulatory updates and market developments relevant to the business.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and maintain records of ongoing activities.
• Support the complaint handling process and contribute to issue resolution.
• Provide ongoing operational support to the Testing & Inspections Manager.
