Job summary

BD is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers across Poland, delivering on-site and remote service for BD Biosciences instruments.

Install, certify IQ/OQ, troubleshoot, perform preventive maintenance, and respond quickly to ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to SLAs.

Preferred location: South Poland, Silesian Voivodeship; strong Polish and English communication skills, and willingness to travel throughout Poland.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Biomedical/Electronic/Mechanical) or equivalent.
• Experience as a field service engineer in high-tech medical devices is a plus.
• Fluent Polish; strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for optimizing customer satisfaction, solving problems and ensuring long-term stability.
• Install/uninstall and service BD Biosciences instruments and provide remote and on-site support to BD customers in line with SLAs.
• Plan preventive maintenance and corrective technical support; schedule activities.
• Relocate and certify (IQ/OQ) instruments per customer needs.
• Maintain spare parts inventory and personal tools for task execution.
• Comply with quality and safety regulations.
• Document and maintain data in BD Service Management systems.
• Promote service contracts with sales colleagues.
• Establish and expand long-term customer contacts.
