Qualifications
- Experience providing technical or engineering-oriented customer support.
- Strong written and verbal communication tailored for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on troubleshooting across APIs, integrations, and user environments.
Responsibilities
- Guide customers through onboarding, configuration, and feature discovery.
- Investigate and resolve issues via email, Slack, social platforms, and forums.
- Troubleshoot product functionality, APIs, integrations, browsers, OS, and mobile environments.
- Collaborate with engineering to reproduce, document, and communicate bugs.
- Identify trends and feedback to inform product improvements.
- Contribute to technical docs and internal knowledge sharing.
- Lead or contribute to projects to improve the support experience.
