Job summary

Profitroom in Poland is seeking a Junior Support Specialist with English to join our Support Team. You will handle Polish and English-speaking customers’ requests via email and live chat, delivering high-quality service and resolving technical questions.

The role is 100% remote in Poland, with salary 5500–6500 PLN gross per month, English classes, medical and life insurance, and 24/26 days off. You’ll collaborate with other teams to resolve inquiries.

Qualifications

• Polish and English fluency in speech and writing.
• Empathy and passion for helping customers; aims to exceed expectations.
• Ability to work under time pressure with patience.

Responsibilities

• Handle Polish and English-speaking customers’ requests via e‑mail and live chat with the highest level of customer service.
• Deal with technical issues reported by customers (including a technical analysis of configuration of Profitroom's products).
• Represent the company while interacting with customers and partners.
• Cooperate internally with other departments to resolve queries.
