Job summary

Your Jared in Gdańsk, Poland is looking for a Support Engineer to provide end-user support for multiple clients across Europe and globally, acting as the single point of contact for user requests and incidents. The role includes triage, escalation, and proactive knowledge base updates in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (B2 or higher).
• Strong analytical and research skills.
• Able to work well in a team and handle high-stress situations.
• Ready for non-standard shifts (weekends/holidays/evenings/night shifts).

Responsibilities

• Register, classify and perform initial triage of tickets.
• Resolve or escalate tickets to higher support levels as needed.
• Process alerts, emails, and phone calls.
• Monitor and support application health checks.
• Identify gaps in the knowledge base and update it.
• Assist with reporting and quality checks of tickets.
• Analyze tickets and participate in support process reviews.
• Attend internal team meetings.
