Job summary

Jobgether, a partner company, seeks a Product Growth Strategist based in Poland to unlock sustainable product growth through data-driven strategy, experimentation, and customer insights. You will work with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.

By combining analytics and behavioral insights, you will influence product decisions and drive measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing product growth strategies for digital products or platforms.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys and key product metrics across acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention.
• Hands-on experience with behavioral analytics and product intelligence platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, or similar tools.
• Experience designing, evaluating, or managing product experiments and A/B testing programs.
• Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and turn insights into strategic recommendations.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to clients and stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in a remote, consulting-oriented environment with multiple priorities and changing requirements.
• Strong ownership mindset, curiosity, and ability to adapt quickly to new products, industries, and challenges.

Responsibilities

• As Product Growth Strategist, own growth initiatives from analysis through execution with cross-functional teams.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and lead experimentation efforts.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, marketing, and leadership to align growth with business goals.
• Present insights clearly and transform complex data into practical actions.
• Support launches, onboarding improvements, feature adoption, and retention projects.
• Manage multiple client engagements in a consulting environment with varying products and audiences.
