Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Technical Operations Lead based in Poland to turn operational problems into scalable systems and automations. You will own projects end-to-end, from identifying needs to building, launching, and embedding solutions across the organization.

The role covers CRM architecture, workflow automation, reporting, integrations, and AI-enabled processes, with autonomy in a fast, asynchronous environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience building operational systems, workflows, automations, or internal tools.
• Strong HubSpot hands-on experience beyond admin tasks, incl. workflows and segmentation.
• Ability to translate business problems into practical, scalable technical solutions.
• Practical coding experience; AI-assisted development is a plus.
• Experience deploying AI-powered workflows in production.
• Strong systems-thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with automation/integration tools (n8n, Make, Zapier, APIs).
• Familiarity with Claude, Google Sheets, Google Workspace, ClickUp, Looker.
• Ability to learn new tech independently.
• Strong project ownership and autonomous work style.

Responsibilities

• Own technical operations projects from problem identification through implementation, adoption, and improvement.
• Translate business problems into practical systems, workflows, and automation.
• Migrate and standardize processes using HubSpot and establish scalable data models.
• Architect CRM structures to support reporting, routing, and workflows.
• Connect platforms like Google Search Console, GA4, Merchant Center with AI tools for analytics.
• Automate repetitive processes across client management, sales, partnerships.
• Improve lead-gen and email workflows focusing on outcomes and business impact.
• Document systems and workflows for maintainability and transfer.
• Drive adoption post-implementation with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with leadership and technical teams in an async environment.
