Job summary

Antal Poland is seeking an IT Automation & Business Systems Engineer to join the Enterprise Technology & Operations team in Kraków. The role blends automation engineering, internal platform ownership, low-code development, cloud administration, and IT operations to streamline processes and governance at scale.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in IT automation, IT engineering, or business systems.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise automation and integration platforms.
• Strong SQL skills and cloud data platform experience.
• Experience integrating systems via REST APIs, webhooks, and service accounts.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, SSO, SCIM, SAML, and lifecycle management.
• Azure cloud experience; scripting with PowerShell or Python.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain automations across HR, Finance, and ops systems.
• Support identity lifecycle processes including onboarding/offboarding workflows.
• Maintain integrations between HRIS, CRM, ERP, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot automation failures, API issues, and data sync bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement process improvements.
• Own and enhance internal apps used for governance and reporting.
• Build low-code solutions and integrations with data sources.
• Improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and platform reliability.
• Create documentation, specifications, and architecture decisions.
