Job summary

Wenrix in Poland is seeking a TechOps Engineer to dive into complex live environments, troubleshoot across systems and data flows, and drive fast, accurate resolutions. You’ll build automation, dashboards, and AI-powered tooling, collaborating with Operations, Product, and R&D to bridge operational needs and engineering solutions, while managing long-term projects to on-time delivery.

Qualifications

5+ years in technical operations, backend, or similar engineering role.
Proficiency in Python and/or JavaScript.
Experience building automations and internal tooling from scratch.
Strong SQL, log analysis, API debugging, and system administration fundamentals.
Hands-on experience with AI tools and LLM-based workflows.
Experience with cloud environments (AWS or equivalent).

Responsibilities

Dive deep into complex technical problems across live environments and drive fast, accurate resolutions.
Build and maintain internal automation tools, workflows, and dashboards.
Collaborate with GDS Specialists, Solution Architects, Product, and R&D as the technical bridge.
Develop AI-powered tooling to automate repetitive operational tasks and surface anomalies.
Identify patterns in operational data and translate them into scalable solutions.
Manage long-term projects and deliver on time.
