Job summary

GGS IT Consulting in Kraków is seeking a skilled automation engineer to join our growing Automation Team. You’ll enhance client systems, build new solutions, and create entirely new products using low-code platforms and AI.

The role blends business-oriented responsibilities with deep technical work; you’ll analyze processes, document requirements, design automation plans, and drive PoC and full production rollouts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on software development.
• Experience analyzing business needs and documenting requirements.
• Familiarity with BPMN/UML.
• Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
• Experience with automation or low-code tools.
• Excellent English (min B2) and strong communication.
• Good organizational and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Analyze client business needs and document requirements.
• Develop automation plans and strategies.
• Design and implement PoC solutions, then production rollouts.
• Design IT solutions using low-code platforms and AI.
