Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Tech Virtual Assistant to support technical operations, workflow management, and data handling in a remote, part-time role.

This position focuses on Asana workflow improvements, SOP support, and Google Sheets data management, with an emphasis on accuracy and structured processes.

You will also handle general technical support tasks, communicate updates via project management tools, and contribute to a reliable, scalable client workflow.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Asana, Google Workspace, and Excel.
• Experience with workflow automation tools and structured systems.

Responsibilities

• Create, update, and optimize Asana automation workflows.
• Develop and refine SOPs; follow existing SOPs for project updates.
• Work with Google Sheets and Excel to support data tracking and formulas.
• Provide general technical support and maintain organized task management.
