Job summary

Level Up Talent Solutions is seeking a Lean-Pro Tech Admin VA to support a NYC-based consulting practice with video content prep, digital publishing, and light back-office tasks. This remote role requires you to edit video content, create thumbnails in Canva, and ensure links and assets are accurate.

The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working independently in a remote, project-based setup. 3–4 years of related experience and fluent English are preferred.

Qualifications

3–4 years of experience in tech admin support or related roles.
Hands-on Canva, Vimeo, Squarespace and iMovie experience.
Detail-oriented and reliable with strong organizational skills.
Fluent English (reading, writing and speaking).
Comfortable working remotely in a founder-led environment.

Responsibilities

Edit video content for flow, clarity and sequence using iMovie or similar tools.
Prepare and clean up existing video content per client directions.
Upload finalized video content to Vimeo or the specified hosting platform.
Create, organize and check video links for accuracy and labeling.
Create or update video thumbnails and visual assets using Canva.
Upload or update video-related content on Squarespace as instructed.
Organize video files, thumbnails, links, and assets in Google Suite.
Ensure published content, links, thumbnails, file names and uploads are accurate before review.
Provide progress updates and flag missing files or issues.
Support the client with reliable back-office execution for content tasks.
