Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Support Engineer to join our Poland team on a full-time basis. You will be part of a cross-functional group handling data capture, orders, billing and CRM tasks for a global client in the product data and digital commerce space.

Qualifications

• Requires commercial background with ability to quickly learn complex topics.
• Advanced written and spoken German and English required.
• Experience in customer service or customer-oriented work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders for defined customer portfolio in GDSN data pool/retailer portal.
• Document and archive customer orders in ticketing system.
• Manage customer communications and billing per pricing rules.
• Maintain customer master data in the CRM system.
• Contribute to projects and build knowledge of GDSN data maintenance.
