Kats Recruitment is seeking a German-speaking Digital Solution Representative in Krakow to manage an existing client portfolio, consult on digital advertising strategies, and identify upsell opportunities to maximise campaign performance. The role is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote) and requires German at B2+/C1 and English at B2+.

You will optimize accounts, conduct outbound consultations, and drive KPIs while building strong client relationships in a fast-paced tech environment.

German-Speaking Digital Solution Representative
Location: Krakow, Poland (Hybrid: 3 Days Office / 2 Days Remote)
Join a leading global technology provider as a German-Speaking Digital Solution Representative. In this role, you will manage an assigned portfolio of existing client accounts, consult on digital advertising strategies, and identify upsell opportunities to help customers maximize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Account Optimization: Analyze client accounts to strategize growth, implement campaign recommendations, and increase campaign return on investment.
• Consultative Selling: Conduct outbound consultations, phone calls, and email follow-ups to encourage adoption of new marketing strategies.
• Target Achievement: Work proactively in a target-driven environment to meet daily productivity KPIs along with individual and team monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain trusting, long-term relationships with clients across your portfolio.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Language Proficiency: German at B2+/C1 level (written and spoken) and English at minimum B2 level.
• Skills & Mindset: Strong sales aptitude, analytical problem-solving skills, and a goal-oriented mindset.
• Tech Savviness: Comfortable navigating digital tools and advertising platforms.
• Location: Must be residing in or willing to relocate to Krakow, Poland.
