Job summary

Ciklum is seeking a Senior Agentic Engineer to join our Poland team remotely. You will lead AI-driven automation efforts, design scalable solutions, and own the delivery of complex integrations across our ops tech stack.

In this hands-on role, you will translate business requirements into technical designs, drive two-week sprint cycles, and collaborate with Operations, Product, and Engineering. Remote-friendly with strong growth opportunities and access to advanced AI tools.

Qualifications

• Experience leveraging cutting-edge AI tools and LLMs to accelerate development and automate tasks.
• Experience connecting disparate systems via REST APIs to build cohesive ecosystems.
• Strong scripting experience across common shells and languages.
• Hands-on Azure platform experience (Function Apps, Automation Accounts, Logic Apps, Azure DevOps).
• Experience working in Agile operations and using Zendesk for ticketing.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs from scratch.
• Strong problem solving and independent work capability.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate).
• Data manipulation and scripting proficiency (PowerShell, Bash, SQL).
• Python coding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

We are seeking aSenior Agentic Engineer (AI & Automation) to lead the design and implementation of scalable, automated, and AI-driven technical solutions across our operational ecosystem. This is a hands‑on builder role, designed for an OpsTech professional who thrives on creating efficient, reliable business systems using a combination of low-code platforms, custom development, and advanced AI integration.

The ideal candidate excels at translating high‑level business and operational requirements into robust technical solutions, owning delivery from initial design through implementation and iteration. You will manage your work through structured sprint cycles, balancing operational stability with continuous improvement, and proactively identifying opportunities to replace manual processes with intelligent, self‑service, and AI‑powered workflows.

Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end technical health, stability, and scalability of operational systems and internal tools
• Manage and continuously optimize the Zendesk ticketing ecosystem, including workflows, integrations, and automation
• Lead the design and development of automated and self-service solutions to reduce manual effort and improve operational efficiency
• Own the resolution of complex technical issues, from investigation through root cause and permanent fix
• Plan and execute work within a two-week sprint cycle, balancing operational reliability with continuous improvement and innovation
• Design, build, and maintain system integrations and new platform capabilities supporting Operations and CX teams
• Leverage AI capabilities (including LLM-based applications and multi-agent systems) to enhance system intelligence and automate decision-making
• Identify manual, repetitive processes and transform them into scalable, AI-driven workflows
• Partner closely with Operations, Product, and Engineering stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Ensure internal tools are reliable, observable, secure, and continuously evolving through proactive improvements and monitoring

Requirements:

• AI & Prompt Engineering: Experience leveraging cutting-edge AI tools andLLMsto accelerate development, automate complex tasks, and enhance solution quality. Must demonstrate an ability to craft sophisticated prompts and integrate AI outputs into functional workflows. - Must

• Azure Platform: Hands‑on experience building and managing solutions within the Azure ecosystem, specifically:
• Function Apps (Serverless compute)
• Automation Accounts (Process automation and configuration)
• Logic Apps (Workflow orchestration)
• Azure DevOps (Boards, Repos, and Pipelines)
• Agile & Operations: Experience working within a formal ticketing system (ZenDesk, SF)
• Business Translation: ability to take high-level business requirements and architect the technical "how-to" from scratch
• Problem Solving: Excellent analytical skills andtroubleshooting complex environment issues independently
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Microsoft Power Platform: Experience with Power Apps or Power Automate.
• Data & Scripting: Advantage for candidates with strong proficiency in data manipulation and scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or SQL).
• Coding: Advantage Experience with Python coding is a significant plus.
• Familiarity with additional languages.
