Datagroup AG is seeking a proactive Service Desk professional to resolve IT issues remotely, prioritise and document tickets, and collaborate with support teams. You’ll manage tickets within SLAs and contribute to knowledge sharing.

The role values experience in customer support and strong German language skills, with Czech as a plus. Join a large IT service provider offering flexible hours, remote work options (Poland only), and a collegial culture.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service orientation and multitasking ability.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Proper phone etiquette and active listening.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Several years of experience in customer support or IT helpdesk.
• Excellent German language skills, both spoken and written.
• Czech language skills are an advantage.
• Capable of prioritising, classifying tickets, and documenting them.

Responsabilités

• Resolve errors and malfunctions via remote access.
• Prioritise, classify, and document issues in the ticketing system.
• Forward unresolved tickets to appropriate support units.
• Manage and monitor tickets within service level agreements.
• Share knowledge and maintain documentation in the knowledge base.
