Job summary

HAVI is seeking a Supply Chain Data Analyst in Kraków to manage forecast inputs and planning parameters for restaurant and DC replenishment. You will ensure accuracy of inputs and outputs daily and support the team with ad hoc analyses and reports.

Ideal candidates have a degree in a supply chain related field and strong analytical skills, plus experience with Excel, SQL basics and data visualization tools. Remote work options exist per company policy.

Qualifications

• Experience in demand and/or supply planning and analytics.
• High level of analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to interpret data sets and draw conclusions.
• Interest in technical side of supply chain planning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Advanced MS Office, VBA a plus; SQL basics and data tools familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast inputs and planning parameters for replenishment.
• Run ad hoc analyses and pull reports to support the team.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of planning inputs and outputs daily.
• Monitor and improve KPIs and forecasting quality.
• Support continuous improvement projects with technical skills.
• Back-up other team members and perform related duties.
