Job summary

HAVI Logistics Business Services GmbH seeks a Supply Chain Data Analyst to manage forecast inputs and planning parameters for restaurant and distribution center replenishment. You will ensure accuracy of planning data and support cross-functional partners with data-driven insights.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, data interpretation and collaboration, with remote work flexibility and opportunities to grow within an international team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills.
• Experience in demand/supply planning is an asset.
• Excellent communication with external partners and customers.
• Advanced Excel skills; VBA is a plus.
• SQL knowledge is desirable; Python/R are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage forecast inputs and planning parameters for restaurant and DC replenishment.
• Run reports and data pulls to support on-shore teams.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of planning inputs and outputs daily.
• Monitor quality of inputs to forecasting and supply chain processes.
• Support KPI monitoring and process improvements.
