Job summary

HAVI is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist, Restaurants Order Planning, to join our Global Business Services in Kraków. You will act as a process expert for demand and supply planning, providing accurate forecasts and daily supply plans to ensure restaurant availability.

You will collaborate with the team to harmonize processes, utilize planning tools like JDA, and support S&OP activities while leveraging BI analytics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in demand and supply planning.
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office and planning software.
• Knowledge of supply/demand planning methods and statistics.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Reliability, teamwork, and a systematic approach.
• Willingness to proactively build up and improve knowledge.
• BI tool familiarity is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Acts as process expert and trainer for team members.
• Supports Team Leader in day-to-day operational topics.
• Further develops and harmonizes supply chain processes.
• Provides an accurate demand forecast using historical data and JDA.
• Manages S&OP processes and supports them.
• Creates daily supply plans to ensure restaurant item availability.
• Steers demand and supply planning with cost optimization in mind.
• Controls forecast quality and quantity accuracy at product/item level.
• Uses analytics to identify process improvements.
• Coordinates with customers to resolve incidences and tracks KPI results.
