• +2 years professional experience in demand and supply planning within fast-moving consumer goods.
• Strong knowledge of Excel; Power BI experience is a plus.
• Good written and verbal English language skills (min. B2).

Responsibilities

• Provides an accurate demand forecast based on historical sales data using planning system.
• Responds to customer requests and analyzes restaurant situations (e.g., special deliveries, quantity claims, store transfers).
• Identifies items and adjusts safety stocks at market and store levels.
• Steers the demand and supply planning processes under cost optimization.
• Monitors forecast quality and accuracy at product level and quantities supplied at item level.
