Job summary

HAVI GBS in Kraków is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Specialist in Restaurants Order Planning. You will act as process expert, shape demand and supply plans, and ensure timely availability of restaurant items using advanced planning tools.

Qualifications

• 3 years of professional experience in demand and supply planning.
• Proficient in MS Office and planning software.
• Knowledge of demand and supply planning methods and statistics.
• Good written and verbal English.
• Reliability, team-oriented and systematic working style.
• Willingness to proactively expand knowledge and skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as process expert and trainer for team members.
• Support Team Leader in daily operations and escalations.
• Harmonize supply chain processes.
• Provide an accurate demand forecast using a planning tool (JDA).
• Manage S&OP processes and support.
• Create daily supply plan to ensure restaurant availability.
• Steer demand and supply planning under cost optimization.
• Monitor forecast quality and KPI performance.
• Coordinate with customers to resolve incidences.
• Verify results through defined KPIs.
