Job summary

HAVI Logistics Poland is hiring a Supply Chain Associate, Data Analysis to manage forecast inputs and planning parameters for restaurant and DC replenishment. You will work with the on‑shore team, ensuring accurate data and timely analyses to support stakeholders.

The role requires solid analytical skills, experience in forecasting/data analysis, and familiarity with Excel, SQL, and BI tools. You will join a diverse, international environment focused on continuous improvement and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Demand and/or Supply Planning (inventory planning, manufacturing planning, distribution planning) is an asset.
  • Experience in high pressure environment work through critical issues with quick deadlines desired.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering, Business Administration, Business Analysis or related field is nice to have.
  • High level of analytical, planning and organizational skills.
  • Ability to interpret and draw conclusions based on data sets, tables, charts.
  • Interest in learning the more technical side of supply chain planning.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with external partners and diverse cultures.
  • Advanced MS Office skills (Excel); VBA is a plus.
  • Low to Intermediate SQL skills.
  • Data analysis: R / Python knowledge a plus.
  • Reporting tools: Tableau / PowerBI knowledge a plus.
  • Exposure to ERP tools (JDA, SAP, Logility, Kinaxis) – a plus.
  • Sense of owning part of a complex supply chain management business.

Responsibilities

  • Conducts ad hoc analyses and troubleshoots issues.
  • Runs reports and data pulls to support the on‑shore team with account management responsibilities.
  • Ensures accuracy and consistency of planning inputs and outputs daily: Menu Item Forecast Accuracy and raw‑item replenishment sufficiency.
  • Manages system parameters to improve output quality.
  • Monitors quality of forecasting inputs and supply chain processes.
  • Manages daily, weekly, and promotion planning cycles.
  • Responds to internal/external tickets.
  • Monitors and improves KPIs.
  • Adds value by finding issues and recommending changes.
  • Supports continuous improvement projects with technical skills.
  • Acts as back‑up to other team members.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Supply Chain Associate, Data Analysis

The Supply Chain Data Analyst is responsible for managing all forecast inputs and planning parameters for restaurant and DC replenishment to meet established quality thresholds to provide acceptable outputs to all stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Conducts ad hoc analyses, trouble‑shoot issues.
  • Runs reports and data‑pulls in support of on‑shore team with their account management responsibilities.
  • Accountable for accuracy and consistency of all planning inputs and outputs on a daily basis: Menu Item Forecast Accuracy and raw‑item replenishment sufficiency.
  • Manages system parameters to improve quality of outputs.
  • Monitors quality of inputs to forecasting and supply chain processes.
  • Manages/Monitors the daily, weekly, and promotion planning cycles.
  • Responds to requests (tickets) incoming from internal and external customers.
  • Continuously monitors and improves Key Performance Indicators.
  • Adds value to the business by finding issues/recommending changes.
  • Supports larger team’s continuous improvement projects with technical skills.
