Job summary

HAVI GBS in Kraków is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist, Restaurants Order Planning to provide accurate demand forecasts and coordinate with customers on exceptions. The role requires 2+ years in FMCG planning and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• +2 years of experience in demand and supply planning within FMCG.
• MS Excel is a must; Access is nice-to-have.
• Good written and verbal English (min. B2).
• Power BI experience would be an asset.
• Reliability, team-oriented and systematic way of working.
• Knowledge of best practices in demand and supply planning would be an advantage.
• Knowledge of demand/supply planning methods and statistics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provides an accurate demand forecast based on historical sales using planning system.
• Responds to customer requests and analyzes restaurant situations (special deliveries, quantity claims, store transfers).
• Identifies items and adjusts safety stocks on market/store level.
• Steers demand and supply planning processes under cost optimization.
• Controls and optimizes forecast quality and accuracy of quantities.
