Job summary

BW Internal Hiring is seeking a Staff Services Partnering Lead to oversee a shift delivering contractor support services, including onboarding, timesheet administration, and offboarding. The role focuses on compliance, quality checks, and client satisfaction while managing a 8+ member team.

You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, monitor timesheets for accurate billing, and serve as main contact for VIP client concerns. Strong leadership and HR operations experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 2 years leading or supervising a team of 8+ members.
• Experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Shared Services, or similar environments.
• Experience managing performance, coaching, and driving results.
• Experience handling escalations and resolving complex concerns.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a partner shift group
• Ensure team compliance and quality checks
• Monitor and manage team attendance and leaves
• Maintain team productivity and efficiency
• POC for VIP client concerns and coverage when the assigned SSP is on leave
• Staff Services Partnering Pipelines POC for the assigned shift coverage
• Onboarding and Offboarding reviews of staff assigned to the shift group
• Support up to 15-20 executive hires
• Guide new contractors on required systems and administrative processes.
• Ensure contractors clearly understand contract terms and expectations.
• Partner with Client Success during the contractor’s first day.
• Support the rest of the onboarding team, as needed.
• Monitor and approve contractor timesheets accurately and on time, including proper schedule plotting to ensure correct billing and prevent payment delays.
• Ensure zero or minimal disputes related to timesheet administration.
• Conduct check-ins as needed to provide support and identify potential risks.
• Ensure prompt and appropriate responses and resolution of requests, tickets, and contractor inquiries.
• Partner with Client Success to ensure quality service delivery.
• Escalate relevant concerns to the Client Success Manager (CSM), as needed.
• Conduct offboarding discussions in a timely manner, ensure proper notice handling, and guide contractors through the offboarding process.
• Update contractor records to accurately reflect relevant offboarding details.
• Support post-offboarding concerns when necessary.
