Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced SQL Server Administrator to manage complex Microsoft SQL Server environments, with emphasis on the SailPoint Identity Governance database. You will own database administration, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning, and you will design high-availability replication topologies.

You will collaborate with identity management and infrastructure teams to resolve performance bottlenecks, support cloud transformations, and implement DR solutions such as

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize complex SQL Server environments centered on SailPoint Identity Governance.
• Own database administration, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced SQL Server replication topologies.
• Ensure reliable data synchronization across on‑premises and cloud environments.
• Resolve latency, blocking, deadlocks, and log issues in highly transactional systems.
• Support SQL Server upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Implement and maintain high‑availability and DR solutions (Always On, Log Shipping, Mirroring).
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to resolve production issues.
