Atos in Poland is seeking a Senior Database Administrator to maintain, optimize, and secure SQL Server environments. You will drive high availability, migrations, and performance tuning across on-prem and cloud-ready setups, using Always On, Log Shipping, and replication.

Hybrid working arrangement and ongoing learning opportunities are offered. You will collaborate with teams to deliver robust database solutions, implement monitoring, security controls, and automate tasks with PowerShell and

Competenze

• Experience with SQL Server 2016 or newer, including maintenance and performance tuning.
• Deep knowledge of HA/DR solutions (Always On AGs, Log Shipping, Replication).
• Strong troubleshooting for performance, latency, and failover events.
• Experience with backup/restore, monitoring, and auditing.

Mansioni

• Manage the full database lifecycle - creation, configuration, maintenance, backup, and recovery.
• Troubleshoot SQL Server performance issues, replication delays, and failover events.
• Provide user and application support for database-related requirements.
• Ensure data security, access control, and compliance with company standards.
• Maintain database integrity, standards, and high availability environments.
• Collaborate closely with clients, internal stakeholders to deliver robust database solutions.
