Job summary

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Consultant to join our Digital Identity & Privileged Access Management team in Katowice. The role focuses on designing, implementing and supporting IAM solutions for enterprise clients, with a mix of office and remote work.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on SailPoint ISC experience, familiarity with enterprise integrations, and strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform reviews and assessments of existing Identity & Access Management implementations and adjacent technologies in terms of overall configuration correctness, security and performance.
• Ensure solutions adhere to internal standards and industry best practices.
• Identify areas for process optimization related to Identity & Access Management configuration and maintenance.
• Assess & create solutions to advance the security and usability of digital identity within the enterprise and align with business strategic goals.
• Cross-train with other team members to share knowledge and continuously improve and learn new skills.
• Optimizing existing processes and system components related to Information Security.
• Creating prototypes and proof-of-concept for new/improved modules.
• Researching technological possibilities, analyzing industry trends and influencing overall cybersecurity strategy.
