Job summary

DCG Poland is seeking an Expert Application Security Specialist (IAM/SailPoint IIQ) to lead identity access management initiatives. The role focuses on securing application access, managing user and service accounts, and coordinating with business stakeholders across IT and applications.

The successful candidate will analyze IAM data, drive onboarding to SailPoint IIQ, and mitigate risks through collaboration with RACF and IAM experts. Strong English and industry experience are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in SailPoint IIQ and related IAM roles.
• Experience managing access groups, user accounts, and service accounts in SailPoint IIQ.
• Strong IAM knowledge and understanding of business applications and IT processes.
• Ability to analyze security and access management data.
• Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze application security and user access management.
• Review access-related data to identify inactive or excessive permissions.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to collect information for access decisions.
• Collaborate with RACF and IAM SMEs to define actions.
• Support onboarding of apps, access groups, user and service accounts to SailPoint IIQ.
• Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies.
