Job summary

Sii Poland is looking for an experienced SQL Server Administrator to own complex SQL Server environments, with a primary focus on SailPoint Identity Governance databases. You will manage upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and design high-availability replication topologies while collaborating with identity management teams from a remote Poland-based setup.

The role requires deep SQL Server expertise (2012–2025), strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to optimize both on-premises

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience as a Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator.
• Experience with SailPoint Identity Governance databases is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize complex Microsoft SQL Server environments with focus on SailPoint Identity Governance.
• Take ownership of database administration, upgrades, migrations, and performance tuning.
• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced SQL Server Replication topologies.
• Ensure reliable data synchronization across on-premises and cloud environments.
• Resolve replication latency, blocking, deadlocks, and transaction log issues in highly transactional systems.
• Support SQL Server upgrades, migrations, and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Implement and maintain high-availability and disaster recovery solutions such as Always On, Log Shipping, and Database Mirroring.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, identity management, and application teams to resolve production issues and optimize performance.
