Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking an experienced SQL Server Administrator to manage complex SQL Server environments, with a focus on the SailPoint Identity Governance database. This full-time, fully remote role covers upgrades, migrations, performance tuning, and high-availability solutions across on-prem and cloud setups.

You will design, scale, and troubleshoot replication topologies while collaborating with infrastructure and identity teams to resolve performance bottlenecks and project requirements.

Qualifications

• 8+ years as a Microsoft SQL Server Database Administrator.
• Extensive SQL Server 2012–2022/2025 experience on Windows.
• Expertise with SailPoint Identity Governance DB schemas.
• Strong backup, security, and recovery skills.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize SQL Server environments focusing on SailPoint.
• Oversee DB administration, upgrades, migrations, and tuning.
• Design and troubleshoot replication topologies and HA; ensure data sync.
• Collaborate with infra and identity teams to resolve production issues.
