Qualifications

3+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.
Strong at meeting with stakeholders as a subject matter expert.
Desire to work in a self-directed role across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
Problem-solving skills and ability to translate complex concepts for diverse audiences.
Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

Drive Business Alignment: Engage directly with customer stakeholders to align business processes with Veeva Vault’s capabilities.
Serve as a Strategic Advisor: Translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions and recommend best practices.
Hands-On Solution Delivery: Lead requirements gathering, configurations, and full lifecycle build, test, deployment (no coding).
Guide Platform Evolution: Evaluate, test, and adopt new releases and features to maximize value.
Bridge Communication Gaps: Explain complex concepts to varying audiences and connect stakeholders with internal teams.
Ensure Long-Term Success: Set strategies, monitor dependencies, advise on ongoing optimizations.
Develop Expertise: Be assigned to a product area (Clinical, Safety, Quality, or Regulatory).
