You will drive business alignment, capture requirements, configure systems, and guide platform evolution while communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of software or technology consulting or admin experience.
• Proven track record meeting with senior management and executives as a subject matter expert.
• Desire to work independently across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment.
• Problem-solving skills and ability to articulate complex concepts to audiences of varying levels.

Responsibilities

• Drive business alignment with customer stakeholders to map processes to Veeva Vault capabilities.
• Serve as a strategic advisor translating business needs into scalable solution designs and best practices.
• Lead requirements gathering, system configurations, and end-to-end delivery lifecycle (build, test, deploy).
• Guide platform evolution by evaluating, testing, and adopting new product releases and features.
