Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our ServiceNow Team delivering projects across Europe and the United States. You will work on configuration, scripting, REST/SOAP integrations, and platform upgrades while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role requires at least 2 years of ServiceNow experience, a strong command of English and Polish, and the ability to participate in design reviews and SCRUM sessions. This is a full-time position based in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English, enabling fluent communication.
• Fluent Polish required.
• Residing in Poland required.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members
