Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join the ServiceNow Team. You will work on projects across Europe and the United States, focusing on configuration, integration, and platform upgrades. The role emphasizes quality documentation, SCRUM participation, and collaboration with fellow engineers.

You will contribute to scripting, dashboards, and automation while mentoring junior teammates, in a bilingual English-Polish environment based in Poland.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules: Incident, Problem, Change, SLM, CMDB, Knowledge, SRM.
• Methodical and focused approach to work.
• Good analytical and communication skills.
• Excellent command of English, enabling effective and fluent communication.
• Fluent Polish required and residing in Poland.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions and SCRUM meetings.
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment.
• Developing and administering ServiceNow configurations, security, data management, workflows, and integrations.
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs), flows/workflows, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting.
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities.
• Providing testing, deployment support, and mentoring of less-experienced team members.
