Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team delivering enterprise IT service management solutions across Europe. You will configure and optimize ServiceNow modules, implement integrations (REST/SOAP), and contribute to platform upgrades while aligning with internal standards.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment, mentor junior colleagues, and ensure high-quality documentation and testing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Experience with core ServiceNow modules like Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Service Level Management, CMDB, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management
• Methodical and focused approach to work
• Good analytical and communication skills
• Excellent command of English
• Fluent Polish
• Residing in Poland

Responsibilities

• Analyzing and participating in review sessions – analyzing development needs and taking part in requirement analysis, design reviews, and SCRUM meetings
• Creating and maintaining documentation and technical solution validation before deployment
• Developing and administering ServiceNow, including configuration, security, data management, workflow, integrations (REST/SOAP), platform upgrades, and skipped record reviews
• Developing solutions, scripting (Business Rules, UI Actions, ACLs, etc.), Flow/Workflow creation, portals, widgets, and dashboards with reporting capabilities
• Ensuring compliance with internal development standards and identifying automation opportunities to improve user experience
• Providing support in testing, deployment activities, and mentoring of less-experienced team members
