Sopra Steria Polska is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join our Katowice-based team and contribute to ITSM projects for clients within a fast-growing Global Delivery Center. The role requires Poland residency and EU citizenship, with opportunities to work with cross-functional teams in an agile environment.

The successful candidate will implement, customize, and optimize ServiceNow solutions, maintain integrations and documentation, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver high-quality

Qualifications

• 4+ years hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform.
• ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification.
• Strong experience and deep knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM.
• Advanced JavaScript scripting skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and familiarity with ITIL practices.
• Fluent English B2/C1.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
• Ability to document processes and share knowledge effectively.
• Willing to travel occasionally to Katowice office.

Responsibilities

• Participate in ServiceNow implementation, enhancement, and optimization projects.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
• Design, configure, and develop on the ServiceNow platform (ITSM focus).
• Develop workflows, integrations, catalog items, business rules, and script Includes.
• Support platform upgrades, patches, and releases with testing.
• Monitor and maintain integrations and APIs for reliability.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation for configurations and custom developments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and Agile teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Implement continuous improvements to platform functionality and user experience.
