Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer in Poland to design, implement, and optimize ServiceNow solutions for ITSM, CSM, HRSD, and related modules. You will integrate diverse systems, shape automation, and uplift platform stability while collaborating with analysts, architects, and other teams.

You will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, participate in code reviews, and support upgrades, deployments, and documentation. English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience developing and supporting solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ITSM and at least one additional ServiceNow product (CSM, HRSD, SPM or App Engine).
• Experience with Now Assist, Virtual Agent, or other ServiceNow AI/automation capabilities.
• Proven experience building integrations using REST, SOAP, webhooks or equivalent.
• Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data models, ACLs and security.
• Experience with code reviews, testing, release management, upgrades and production support.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical technical solutions and explain concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments.
• Professional proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and support ServiceNow applications and workflows.
• Build and enhance solutions across ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, App Engine, Now Assist, Virtual Agent.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
• Develop integrations with enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, webhooks, import sets, and transforms.
• Create workflow automation using Flow Designer, Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Service Catalog.
• Support adoption of Now Assist and AI-enabled workflows with proper controls and testing.
• Promote standard ServiceNow functionality and reusable solutions; minimize customization and technical debt.
• Perform code reviews, automated testing, release validation, and troubleshooting of complex issues.
• Support platform upgrades, deployments, technical docs, and handover.
• Mentor other developers and contribute to engineering standards and platform improvement.
