Job summary

HRS Hospitality & Retail Systems in Warsaw, Poland, invites you to join our global service delivery team to implement and support the HRS PMS portfolio for hospitality clients across the Adriatic region.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in PMS support or installation, experience with Opera PMS, and are comfortable traveling extensively. The role offers hybrid work options and a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years in support or installation and configuration of Hospitality PMS products.
Experience with Opera PMS or similar PMS/ERP systems.
Familiarity with PMS, POS, or Spa systems.
Excellent interpersonal and cross-functional teamwork skills.
Willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities

Participate in support/implementation of solutions for hotels, restaurants, spas and fitness clubs across the region.
Handle customer cases, triage inbound case load and review existing owned and escalated cases.
Ensure familiarity with new product releases as they become available.
Liaise with subject matter experts on client requests for enhancements and development.
Work with the support/implementation teams to ensure service level requirements are exceeded.
Conduct user training.
Perform other duties as requested by management.
