McCormick & Company is seeking a Solution Center Specialist II to deliver HR services to employees and customers in Poland. You will handle inquiries across channels, manage cases end-to-end, and collaborate with HR, payroll and cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

The role requires strong Polish, English, and Romanian language skills, plus a customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, and a drive for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering service in HR or shared services is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality HR service delivery to employees and customers.
• Handle end-to-end case management with accurate documentation.
• Resolve low-to-medium complexity inquiries and escalate when needed.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and SOX controls.
• Collaborate with HR, payroll and other stakeholders for smooth service.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Participate in knowledge sharing and cross-functional projects.
• Drive process improvements and contribute to new solutions.
