Job summary

Planet, a leading technology company transforming payments, is seeking a PMS Installations Specialist in Warsaw. You will install our property management software for hotel clients, train staff via remote sessions (Teams), and troubleshoot issues during and after installation.

You should bring hospitality industry experience, strong English and French language skills, and a proactive, customer-centered mindset. We offer a hybrid work model with three days in the office and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in hospitality industry or customer service.
• Technical troubleshooting experience with customer issues.
• Ability to train customers remotely via Teams.
• Strong communication, organization and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install our PMS software and train hotel staff remotely via Teams.
• Troubleshoot installation issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Communicate clearly with customers and internal teams.
• Coordinate with third-party or internal teams on resolutions.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all installations until completion.
