Job summary

Sii Poland is seeking a Senior Veeva Consultant with extensive Veeva Vault and RIM experience to drive changes in a GxP environment. This remote role collaborates with business stakeholders and Digital QA teams to ensure governance and high quality standards in pharmaceutical systems.

You will manage configuration and validation documentation, lead impact analyses, gather requirements, and oversee end-to-end change management from design to validation, while maintaining integrity of validated

Qualifications

• 4+ years in system analysis or consulting in pharma
• Experience with Veeva RIM
• Strong knowledge of GxP in regulated env
• Veeva Certified Administrator (desirable)
• Experience with impact assessments and change management
• Fluent English

Responsibilities

• Manage configuration and validation docs for system changes in RIM
• Perform impact assessments to ensure GxP compliance
• Gather requirements and align with stakeholders to design scalable solutions
• Oversee end-to-end management of changes from design to validation
• Collaborate with Digital QA and Enablement teams to translate requirements into effective solutions
• Monitor Veeva General Releases and assess release impact
• Drive tasks independently while maintaining governance and quality standards
• Ensure integrity and compliance of validated systems in regulated environment
