Job summary

TripleTen, an EdTech company delivering tech career programs globally, is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to own a large paid channel end to end. You will set strategy, oversee budget, guide creative direction, and optimize funnel from lead to sale in a remote, fast-paced environment.

You will work directly with marketing, sales, and analytics, reporting to the Marketing Lead. English proficiency (B2+) is preferred, and you can manage 50k+/month Meta budgets while driving ROI and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in User Acquisition with personal ownership of Meta accounts at $50k+/month.
• Experience with products with a long or offline conversion cycle such as education or B2B.
• Analytical skills covering CAC, ROI and lead quality and reporting.
• Launch plans, test maps and post-mortems as a habit.
• Ability to defend a position with data and challenge decisions.
• Understanding of visual hooks, messaging and engagement in Meta.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
• Working proficiency in English (B2+ preferred).

Responsibilities

• Own the channel: strategy, campaign structure, budget allocation and results.
• Run a continuous flow of tests across audiences, funnels and creatives.
• Read the funnel from lead to sale and track performance end-to-end.
