Job summary

Social Discovery Group is seeking a Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our global, remote-friendly team. You will lead advertising for mobile apps across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads, while optimizing funnels and analyzing results to hit growth targets.

You will collaborate with partners, creatives, and product teams to design impactful campaigns, run tests, and iterate on performance metrics.

Qualifications

Proven experience in mobile app advertising via Meta, TikTok, Google, and Apple Search Ads.
Successful track record with funnels.
Strong analytical skills; experience with Appsflyer.
Experience with cohort analysis.

Responsibilities

Set up, launch, and optimize advertising campaigns (Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.) to promote mobile apps.
Manage budgets to achieve product and performance goals.
Run A/B tests and iterate quickly on a large number of hypotheses.
Evaluate campaign performance and monitor key product metrics.
Collaborate on ad creative concepts and prepare briefs for the creative team.
Work closely with partners, creative, and product teams.
Analyze user acquisition funnels and optimize for key in-app events.
