Lever, Inc. is seeking a Paid Social / Meta Ads Specialist based in Poland for a remote, full-time role. You will manage campaigns on Facebook and Instagram, build high-intent funnels, and optimize landing pages using AI-assisted workflows.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Meta Ads management.
• Experience driving measurable lead/demo/trial-based outcomes.
• Strong understanding of audience targeting, retargeting and lookalikes.
• Able to translate data into optimization actions and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own Meta Ads strategies across Facebook and Instagram from planning to optimization.
• Build campaigns focused on lead generation, bookings, demos and trials.
• Develop audience strategies including lookalikes and retargeting.
• Manage budgets and pacing aligned with lead quality and outcomes.
• Develop multiple creative concepts and test messaging and formats.
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate creative production and testing.
• Collaborate with design/video teams for additional assets.
• Own or support landing pages and optimize copy and structure for conversion.
• Maintain consistent messaging across ads, landing pages and forms.
• Implement Meta Pixel and Conversion API, ensure attribution and event quality.
• Monitor KPIs (CPA, CPL, ROAS) and identify funnel improvements.
• Prepare performance reports and share actionable next steps.
• Coordinate with Product, Sales, Customer Success and Marketing teams.
