Ruby Labs is seeking a User Acquisition Manager to lead growth marketing across Meta and Snapchat. You will manage campaigns worldwide, optimize budgets, and deliver measurable ROI. The role requires hands-on analytics, testing, and close collaboration with Creative teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in User Acquisition / Performance Marketing.
• Understanding of key performance metrics (eCPA, ROAS, CPM).
• Experience managing worldwide campaigns with targeting options, placements, and budgets.
• Performance-focused with target CPA and ROI goals.
• Analytical ability to evaluate performance reports and structure campaigns by region, age, gender, and audience segments.
• Ability to quickly identify and resolve performance issues; proactive and adaptable.
• Excellent communication for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize sales campaigns across Meta and SnapChat across multiple funnels.
• Adapt creative sets, optimize ad sets with bids and budgets, and manage ad combinations.
• Own testing creatives for SnapChat and adapt from Meta; analyze performance and deliver insights.
• Analyze testing tendencies, identify winners, and scale them across campaigns.
• Segment cohorts by gender, age, and interests to improve performance.
• Monitor budgets, audiences, placements, creatives, and bids daily/hourly.
• Maintain UA processes following strategies and daily tasks.
• Develop lookalike and interest-based audiences, and collaborate with Creative Managers.
• Ensure disciplined execution of account structure, testing frameworks, and scaling.
