Specialist.PH is seeking a data‑driven Meta Ads Specialist to manage, optimize, and scale advertising campaigns for clients. The role combines performance marketing with creative testing and strategic input, contributing to broader marketing initiatives.

This is a remote position with English fluency required and a focus on Meta Ads performance, reporting, and collaboration with the team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Meta Ads experience.
• Strong data-driven decision making and optimization skills.
• Experience with campaign management and reporting.
• Excellent English communication, written and spoken.
• Ability to work US Mountain Time overlap.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns to meet client goals.
• Monitor daily performance metrics and adjust campaigns.
• Prepare and deliver weekly performance reports.
• Develop and test new ad concepts monthly.
• Contribute to campaign strategy and optimization efforts.
• Help build internal Meta Ads documentation.
• Assist with newsletter advertising operations and scheduling.
