Evotym, a fintech payment orchestration platform, is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive growth with new clients and partners across international markets. The role covers the full sales cycle, from outreach to closing deals, with collaboration across marketing and product teams.

You will build relationships with C-level executives, manage the pipeline independently, and negotiate long-term value-based agreements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Partnerships, or Account Management.
• Proven track record of generating and closing new business.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building with senior decision-makers.
• Advanced English (C1+) with excellent written and verbal communication in international B2B.
• Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business development by sourcing, qualifying, and converting new clients and partners across international markets.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach and lead generation to negotiation, closing, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and C-level decision-makers.
• Lead commercial negotiations and structure deals focused on long-term value and revenue growth.
• Own the business development pipeline and results, consistently identifying new opportunities and achieving agreed revenue targets.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals and market trends.
