Evotym is seeking a Risk Manager to strengthen financial and operational risk management across its international payments business. You will safeguard funds, manage multi-country exposures, assess counterparty resilience and support regulatory compliance for European and Asian markets.

In this role you will monitor balances with banks and PSPs, adapt risk policies to PSD2/PSD3, and prepare leadership reports on losses and resilience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of risk management experience in fintech, EMI, or cross-border banking.
• Knowledge of card schemes (Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay) and cross-border clearing.
• Understanding of European regulatory frameworks (EBA ICT risk guidelines) and Asian risk standards for payments.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; familiarity with AI tools is a plus.
• Fluent English; Russian language skills are required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor balances with banks, PSPs, and other providers.
• Manage FX risk across multi-currency settlements Europe–Asia.
• Assess counterparty financial stability (banks, gateways, merchants).
• Update risk policies to PSD2/PSD3 and satisfy Asian regulators (MAS/HKMA).
• Prepare regular loss and resilience reports for senior management.
