Job summary

Evotym is seeking an experienced Account Manager to lead the account management function in an international, fully remote fintech context. You will set client service standards, nurture long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners, and oversee the client journey from onboarding to ongoing support across international payment operations.

Qualifications

4+ years in Account Management or similar client-facing role within fintech, payments, banking, or financial infrastructure.
Experience leading or mentoring a client-facing team.
Strong understanding of cross-border payments and payment infrastructure.
Experience managing B2B clients in high-touch environments.
Proficiency in English (B2) and Russian (C1) for international collaboration.

Responsibilities

Lead and grow the Account Management function, setting standards for client service and operational excellence.
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
Manage the client journey from onboarding through ongoing support across international payment operations.
Serve as the primary escalation point for complex client requests and operational matters.
Collaborate with Operations, Compliance, and Finance to resolve issues and drive client satisfaction.
Drive timely resolution of inquiries, transaction-related matters, and operational issues.
